2019 Letter to the Editor
The Hopkins County-Madisonville Fair has been an essential family-oriented community and agricultural event in Western Kentucky for over 100 years. In that time, midway attractions and acts, livestock shows, and amusement rides have changed but one thing has always remained the same, the commitment to provide quality entertainment and valued services to the community. The Hopkins County-Madisonville Fair Board would like to thank all of the volunteers, Livestock participants, Beauty Pageant Directors and participants and the following for their help during the 2019 Fair Week; Hopkins County Judge Executive and the Fiscal Court Members, Mayor of Madisonville and City Council Members, Hopkins County Sheriff Department, Hopkins County Jail, Hopkins County Road Department, Hopkins County Extension Office, Madisonville Fire Department, Madisonville Police Department, and the Medical Center Ambulance.
