Fair Pet Show Application

 

Pets can be entered in upto 3 categories and the 1st Place in each category receives a $10.00 gift certificate. Categories include:
Pet that most resembles its master.  (costumes accepted)
Best trained pet.  (must perform on stage)
Pet with the most impressive eyes.
Blackest pet.
Whitest pet.
Pet with the longest ears.
Pet with the curliest tail.
Most unusual pet.
Biggest pet.
Smallest pet.

APPLICATION FORM

ONLY Hopkins County children 12 years and under are eligible to enter their pet in the show.  Visit Calhoun's Pet Store to get the forms.  All entry forms must be completed and returned to Calhoun's Fair & Pet Store by Thursday, July 24 at noon.
